With a growing focus on personalization and post-purchase experience, the Ratings & Reviews revamp aimed to enhance trust, boost conversion, and turn more buyers into brand advocates.

Why we had to revamp a post purchase page

The order confirmation page was a missed opportunity, stuck in a transactional loop. We converted an information page into an upselling opportunity yet delightful in experience. We reimagined it not as an end, but a springboard—designed to reassure, reward, and re-engage.

Project Brief

Context:

The order confirmation screen on Nykaa Fashion was long treated as a transactional dead end—a page where users landed post-purchase, acknowledged their order, and exited. Despite being one of the most consistently visited pages, it lacked purpose, personalization, or any potential for further engagement.

Problem:

Over 80% of users visited this page after placing an order, but nearly 30% dropped off immediately, and most didn’t scroll beyond the first fold. It was a high-traffic touchpoint with low retention and zero business value.

Goal:

Reimagine the order confirmation page as a high-impact, personalized space that encourages post-purchase engagement, drives discovery, and builds loyalty—without disrupting user trust.

Design Approach:

We transformed a passive receipt into an active brand moment. By introducing modular, dynamic content—like curated product picks, seasonal drops, style lookbooks nudges—the page evolved into a runway for re-engagement.

Impact:

The redesigned experience turned a static screen into a valuable moment of connection, extending the journey beyond checkout—and making it feel like the beginning, not the end.
